I started this podcast with my colleague at Yoerg Brewing Company, Brennan McKeag, and our friend Jason Pattit. Brennan is the head brewer at Yoerg as well as an avid award-winning home brewer. Jason is a professor at St. Thomas University and somewhat of a brewing polymath. Brennan and Jason love brewing – it's history, culture, flavors and (oh yes) the science as well as the art.
